Just a friendly reminder that PLR Balikbayan Boxes declaration forms must be carefully read, understood, and clearly signed at the bottom of the form.
➡️ 1 box = 1 form.

A declaration form is a required legal document submitted to customs. It confirms that the contents of your shipment have been declared and do not include any prohibited or illegal items.
