So when someone reached out asking me to help create a dessert box my insulin levels spiked. Call me female, call me hormonal, but my chocolate cravings have been through the roof so this box seemed like the perfect drool-straction.

Filled with 1.4kgs (I weighed it) of desserts and chocolate it was literally busting at the seams. I had to squeeze, pull & push to get it boxed up. It was a true reflection of how I attempt to fit into my jeans. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Filled with donuts, brownies, caramel slice, a huge rocky road and over 12 types of chocolate this bad boy is sure to get you looking & feeling sweet. 🍫🍩🤤

The most perfect thank you for watching my fur baby because they can't share with the dog they're taking care of 🤣🙌🐶

I've noticed that when I take photos of my creations, a lot of times they end of looking quite small 🤏 as there is nothing to give it a scale. Now whilst I wish my thighs would get that memo, when it comes to food that ain't always a good thing. 🤔😬

Well I'm here to give you a reality check & a little perspective in your grazing life. Featured here is my medium grazing board. I have to pump iron to lift this bad boy. You can be thankful that my family is American and I love food because I pack these boards to cover every square inch - what can I say, I feel like Oprah doing a food give away when I create them. You get an olive, you get salami, WE ALL GET CHEEEEESE! 🤗

When you ask for a quote, you'll notice I always will give you the dimensions of the boards I am discussing. Please take note of these to ensure you have the space to transport these correctly home & that it is enough (or too much) for the amount of guests you're wanting to cater for. Is too much even a thing? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Outsourcing is life. Everyday I realize how much happiness outsourcing brings. Don't get me wrong, I'm a DIY fanatic, but as my life gets busier and the demands greater, designating others to help you is a game changer. 🙌

Grazing boxes and platters means you get to sit back and soak up the moments. You can for once not be the last person to get ready, your kitchen stays clean and you sit back and nibble & enjoy life all whilst appearing you have it all together. 😏

Do you ever look back at your baby's pictures and wonder where the time goes?😭 Lately time seems to be going in a blink and I've become a lot more conscious of trying to be more present each day vs the constant hustle & bustle

Flashback 💥 to my daughters 1st☝ birthday where I lived in denial and quickly did a DIY party in a couple of days. A good graze always comes in handy and means you get to be present for the party as it's already pre done. 🙌

Spontaneity can sometimes be so fun and in this instance it was a last minute phone call from someone wanting to surprise their friends for their wedding anniversary.

She may live over 200km away, but still managed to pull off a best friend move that ensures she stays on the Christmas card list for 2021! The love hearts aligned and we managed to pull off this surprise knock and run ❤🙌🏻 woop woop
