Recently we’ve been pleased to have our line marking team work at Xavier Catholic School, aiding them in making the school more fun and welcoming for the students. From simple handball courts to giant snakes and ladders boards, our experienced line markers were about to show off more of their artistic side for this job and deliver an excellent result for the school.

And in the latest traffic news, FLOATING CROSSWALKS! No, not really, but wouldn't that be something?! What you see pictured below is an optical illusion, an experiment being trialled in communities around Europe and North America, where Line Markers have shaded underneath the white panels to create the illusion that the crosswalk is floating.

Would these panels make you pump the brakes a bit quicker? Do you think this experiment would take off in Perth? Is this something we should look at trialling?

Last week we had the pleasure of taking yet another company road trip down to the Shire of Bruce Rock to install our very own Solar Landscape Light's from our Alpha series.

Winter in the stairwell can get a bit dicey with high traffic and a lot of moisture being dragged through it. We can't stress the importance of Anti-Slip Strips to ensure the safety of those passing through.

These photos taken late last week, are of our very own Anti-Slip Strips we installed in a popular parking complex in the heart of the city. The strips are bright yellow and coarse in texture to ensure high visibility and maximum grip.

In a large transport yard with a lot of fast moving oversized vehicles, things can get a bit manic. From the lack of direction to all the dangerous variables. The importance of clear markings and proper truck bays can't be understated.

In such a busy area, there is definitely a lot of value in being completely aware of your surroundings. We're very proud to share our work from over the weekend, Line Marking various games and art for the kids at Carramar Primary School.

Being in the Line Marking business for almost 20 years, we've cut our teeth doing more common jobs such as car parks, cool rooms and warehouses. Projects like this not only excite us because it displays our creativity, but it also allows us to showcase our versatility and do something completely different. We hope the kids at Carramar have as much fun using it as we did creating it!
