Happy Friday All!!

Below is a 40ft Dangerous Goods Container, we transformed this container from a standard shipping container into a dangerous goods container by fully welding a steel floor adding 16 x 1200 x 300mm vents. Along with the original container doors we added an additional PA Door in the front wall as required by Australian Dangerous Goods specifications.

Also you will notice we have insulated this container with a specific fire retardant insulation.

The masterpiece of this project is the intrinsically tested air-con & electrics. For electrics and an air-con to be installed into a DG they need to be intrinsically tested and installed by specially trained electricians which we have here at ANL Containers.

Hi Everyone,

I think you will all agree this is an impressive job!

20ft DNV Off-Shore rated container converted into a Dangerous Goods Off-Shore rated container.

The customer requested 3 separate compartments which inturn required three separate bunds.

Double PA door and single PA door on one side with an emergency hatch in the partition wall to make all three compartments accessible to an exit.

Shelving added as customers request but with ANL and the client working together we decided to mount the shelving to the roof to make the mesh removable we also added a 600mm work bench for customers ease of usage.

The unit has the required ventilation with 1200 x 300 vents on one side with the smaller 300 x 300 vents on the door side.

Not many Off-Shore Dangerous Goods containers around just another example of the innovative work here at ANL Container Hire & Sales.

Hi Guys,

Our Manager Mike was currently in Christchurch NZ and look at all the ideas he found what they have done with Sea containers, from banks to post offices, cafes, bars and a full shopping mall.
Even found one our own propping up a cathedral that was unfortunately damaged in the earth quake.

A lot of food for thought.

Good Morning All,

Here are a few photos to show you what we have been up to.

If your passing the new location (Burswood Stadium) of The West Coast Eagles and The Fremantle Dockers, you might see the below job.

We built these two sheds for our customer who needed long opening hatches on each side of a 40ft container.

The units have full electrical outlets with shelving consisting of 4 tier, 3 tier and 2 tier along every bit of wall possible.

Our customer was very happy with this job and so are we.

This show had an exclusive purpose of exhibiting our offshore equipment it has been a great success in the past years and this year was no different.

Hi All,

Just showing off our flush bund flammable goods containers.
Our client loved these so much they doubled the original order upon receiving the first batch.

Emergency man exit handles, 3 separate bays of bund so can store different items, release valves and ventilation are just some of the spec's.

We have added 500 mircon mesh over the vents to meet the strict quarantine conditions in which these units are being sent.

We also added additional tie down points (flush of course, show off the bund) and handles in the mesh to make the removable mesh easy as possible for our client when taking it out for cleaning.

I am sure you guys will be impressed just as much as our client was.

Happy Friday All,

This week we had to custom build a mobile workshop for a piping company.

We added a false wall with some design built cable wheels and some storage shelves at the door end.

On the other side of the wall we added a PA door and PVC strip for dust control and fitted it out with a full electrical job, exhaust fan, added channel on the work bench for easy transition of pipe from one saw to another. Also have a mesh shelve underneath the work bench to fully utilise all the space.LH wall fully rigged out with storage bins (not all applied in photos)
