We are delighted to introduce Taheny Contracting as a new Gold 🥇Sponsor for Walk the Yorkes for Charity in 2026!

Taheny Contracting is a reputable and reliable local Yorke Peninsula company heavily involved in major Australian infrastructure, haulage and logistics projects. They have provided support for various events and projects, including the Warooka Museum upgrade. They have also been featured in several 'Aussie Truck Spotting' 📸 episodes, showcasing their fleet of trucks and heavy haulage capabilities.

Bec and Josh Taheny, owners of Taheny Contracting, are also very dedicated in their support of fundraising and donating to a variety of charities and local groups. They were a major sponsor of the 150th celebration of the Warooka District, have hosted very successful fundraisers for Camp Quality and Childhood Cancer and have now generously jumped on board as GOLD sponsors for this years Walk the Yorkes for Chairty event.

🙌 UPDATE - after a last minute donation the new toal is $9046 🙌
What an amazing night celebrating our 24/25 harvest cutout 🌾 and fundraiser. A massive thankyou to everyone who VERY generously donated and supported our event ….. a Grand Total of $8746 was raised for Childhood Cancer 🩷💙💛

We are hosting our Annual 24/25 Harvest Cutout in mid January for our harvest customers. This year we are incorporating a fundraiser for Childhoold Cancer. If you are able to make a donation or donate an item towards our raffles and auction please send me a PM or call me.
All donations are greatly appreciated.
