Port Arthur’s own regional airport! We have completed initial feasibility studies on expanding our heliport in Port Arthur into a larger scale regional airport. We are excited about the benefits this can bring to the local community with tourists being able to fly direct from major centres to visit our beautiful corner of the world. We’ll keep you updated as planning approvals and construction begins in 2023!

Change is in the air at Osborne Heli Tours. Unfortunately, COVID challenges have got the better of us and we’re making some changes to the way we run our tour flight operations from both Port Arthur and Stanley bases in Tassie.

These changes include a suspension of our regular tour flights and a shift to offering charter flights on demand.

The Port Arthur tour office is also no longer be staffed daily as our teams are now spread across different project areas and locations. It’s best to contact us by phone or email for booking or other enquiries.

If you have a booking or valid voucher with us, please send us an email at [email protected] or give us a call on 03 6250 3834 to discuss options.

We’d like to thank everyone who has flown on our scenic flights and supported us over the years. And for those that haven't yet, there'll be more opportunities to fly with us again soon in the future.

In the meantime, we’ll be ramping up some of the action on our Osborne Aviation Services social media pages and would encourage you to see all the other work we’re involved in 🚁
