Hind's require a driver / operator with a minimum HR licence to operate a "Mini Truck" tipper in our Northern Suburbs, with the truck being based in Carramar.

The position requires someone who is physically fit and energetic, with the ability to operate an Android tablet.

Experience with Tipper Trucks or within the Residential Building Industry preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided.

Due to a departmental restructuring, Hind's currently require a keen and HR licensed Labourer, who is willing to undergo training, becoming our Leading plant operator out of our South of the River yard.



The position will initially consist of assisting all members of the earthmoving department complete task efficiently and accurately as we continue to grow in the Residential, Commercial and Bulk sectors. Your daily activities will include truck driving, operating compaction equipment, operating laser levels, reading plans and general manual labour tasks.



We are willing to provide the right candidate with formal training including all Certificates, Tickets and Licenses over the course of your training period.

The successful applicant will be reliable, committed and able to pass a drug and alcohol screening.

At HIND’S we can supply a lawn mix which is used for topdressing, leveling and stimulating tired lawns. A premium alternative to lawn sand as it includes the addition of Gingin Loam for assisting in water retention and Poultry Manure for additional nutrients. Easily spread with a shovel and raked evenly across the turf surface.
Late spring to early summer is generally considered the best time to top dress your lawn.

For established lawns, prior to top dressing mow lawn with a rotary mower equipped with a catcher. Spread lawn mix evenly over the desired area, then rake, level lawn or broom it in. Never top dress more than 1cm in a single application, making sure the grass tips are still exposed.

Due to positive economic circumstances Hind's Earthmoving requires a full time "Final Trim" Bobcat Operator to complete mainly residential earth moving around Perth.

The successful applicant will be required to work independently to a schedule set by the Earthmoving Manager or Estimator, but will also need to be capable of working within a small dedicated team.

The main duties of the role include:
- Reading plans and engineers recommendations, and completing site works accordingly.
- Operating and maintaining the plant (Clark / Bobcat).
- Ensure quality of work is kept to a high standard.

The requirements for the position are:
- Applicant must hold a minimum of a HR Licence.
- The ability to final trim site works according to engineering plans using a Bobcat & laser level.
- Experience as a Skid Steer / Bobcat operator is essential.
