Well… it’s been a long (and occasionally hair-pulling) two years. As anyone in the trucking industry knows, things don’t always go to plan—but somehow, we keep the wheels turning!
Over the last couple of years we’ve added a new trailer from Anda Trailers, hired a few different trucks along the way, and learnt that Plan A is usually followed by Plans B, C and D.
We definitely couldn’t have done it without the help of some great people. A massive thanks to Blake from for lending me his truck while mine decided it needed some time off, and for helping move a few loads. Thanks also to Tim and the team at McInnes Haulage, McInnes QBN, Dylan and the crew at DJW for keeping everything running, and to everyone else who’s helped us out with the wide variety of jobs we’ve been lucky enough to do.
We’re incredibly grateful for all the support, friendships and teamwork that have helped get us this far.
Now for the big announcement… we’re going to try and be a bit more active on social media! I’ve officially promoted our amazing office manager, Nadine, to Social Media Manager… unfortunately, the promotion didn’t come with a pay rise. She wasn’t consulted, but I’m sure she’ll do a great job anyway! 😂🚛
