CUSTOMER UPDATE

Due to the developing situation in the Middle East, of reported increased military activity involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, we are actively monitoring developments and any potential impacts on global shipping operations.

Current reports indicate military strikes, retaliatory missile activity, and associated disruptions to regional airspace and infrastructure. While no major shipping route closures have been officially confirmed at this stage, the situation remains fluid and subject to change.

Should any of your shipments be affected, our team will provide updates and notify you as soon as possible.

📦 Shipping Spotlight: Mandatory Fumigation

This recent 40’ container shipment moved Ex Works (EXW) Montreal, Canada to Sydney, where the cargo was unpacked on arrival and underwent mandatory Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB) fumigation in line with Australian biosecurity requirements.

Once Quarantine clearance was received, the cargo was delivered loose directly to our client in the ACT.

International shipments into Australia often require additional biosecurity treatments, and careful coordination is essential to avoid delays and extra costs. Managing these processes smoothly is all part of ensuring cargo moves efficiently from origin to final delivery.
