This house is a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom hardwood timber-frame home, approximately 138–140m² including the deck, with cement-sheet walls, Trimdek roof and multiple split-system air conditioners. It will be relocated as a double / two-piece shift, with the existing roof staying on but requiring cutting/separation for the two-piece relocation.

There is also an existing opening in the floor for potential internal stairs if a buyer wanted to establish the home high-set and build underneath. Alternatively, the opening could potentially be closed over to provide additional floor space in the open-plan living/dining area.

One of the best events on the Yeppoon calendar each year, and one we are so proud to support every year.

Challenge Cup is run every July after mid-year school holidays, and 31 Catholic primary school took part this year.

Hundreds of students from across the Rockhampton diocese gathered at Barmaryee Sports Fields to compete in rugby league and netball.

Host schools, St Benedict’s and Sacred Heart co-ordinate the large event.

Huge congrats to all involved in organising, the students who participate and the parents and friends who help make it all happen 💚💙

Asbestos is a naturally occurring fibrous mineral known for its durability, fire resistance and over 3000 applications.

While banned since 2003 in Australia, one-third of Australian homes built before 1985 still likely contain it.

It’s been used as far back as 4000 BC for lamp wicks and cloth due to its inability to burn.

Asbestos fibres are 50-200 times thinner than human hair, making them invisible to the naked eye.

While banned in 60 countries, it’s still mined and used in several other countries.
