Parafield Airport is South Australia's premier general aviation airport and is a major world standard international training airport. Parafield Airport Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adelaide Airport Limited which purchased the operating leases for Adelaide and Parafield Airports in May 1998, to operate both airports for the next 50 years with an option for a further 49 years. Adelaide Airport is currently the fourth-largest domestic airport and sixth-largest international airport in Australia. It is the aviation gateway to South Australia and processes more than seven million passengers annually.

Father's Day at Parafield Airport!

From a small aviation fuel operation at Parafield Airport to a national aviation fuel network, the story of STARK AVIATION (Flying Fuels) is one built on family, hard work and a shared passion for aviation.
Founded by Peter Stark in 2002, the business has grown alongside his sons, Phil, James and Ryan, who continue to help fuel aviation operations across Australia. What began with a single refuelling truck has evolved into a thriving family business, but the values behind it have never changed.
This Father's Day, we celebrate the Stark family and all the fathers, mentors and role models who help keep our aviation community strong.
