Hi everyone, we are H&F Caravan, a cross-cultural road trip group founded in New York in July 2024.
As we approach our second anniversary, we are officially launching our presence on Facebook. H&F began as a group of friends brought together by road trips, nature, photography, music, and the desire to understand the world through shared journeys.
For 2026, we are preparing one of our most meaningful themed journeys: a Route 66 Centennial Trip.
Route 66 is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026. From Chicago to Los Angeles, the Mother Road connects small towns, roadside landmarks, diners, deserts, museums, car culture, migration history, music, and the American imagination.
