Congratulations Peter on the recent purchase of your Tohatsu Outboards AUST. MFS90A.

The Tohatsu MFS90A went very well on the water test returning great fuel economy figures.

At 3800rpm it had a fuel burn of 14.6ltrs/hr at 42km/hr for a return of 2.87 km/ltr.

At at 5500rpm it returned 28.6ltrs/hr at 62km/hr for a return of 2.16km/ltr.

These figures were directly taken from the TOCS 4.3 digital gauge which gets its info straight from the engines ECU.

Congratulations Arlen on the purchase of your new Tohatsu Australia MFS60AW tiller steer.
Arlen brought his old 2 stroke in for a service and when a compression test was done it was found to have some serious mechanical issues.
So after discussing his options it was decided that it was more cost effective to replace the motor rather than repair the old one.
On the water test Arlen was very impressed with how quiet and responsive the Tohatsu was in comparison with the old 2 stroke.
It also returned great figures on the test with a comfortable cruise speed at around 3800rpm and using roughly 7ltrs of fuel per hour.
