Get in touch for a FREE demo clean. Chiefs Australia is redefining vehicle cleaning by allowing organisations to work smarter, not harder. Our touchless cleaning systems can be customised to suit the vehicle and type of contaminant being cleaned, plus they can be scaled to service any sized operation. Our German-manufactured Suttner components include foaming heads, lances, chemical injectors, spray guns, and parts. Chiefs Australia’s network of national dealers can work with you or your organisation to set up a system based on the specifications of your pressure washer. The pressure and flow rate of your washer determine the components of your touchless cleaning system. Our range of Nerta, Kenotek, and Chiefs soaps and specialist cleaners are highly concentrated so that a very small volume of product is required to achieve an effective clean. Suttner foaming systems mix and dilute the product and apply a dense foam for optimal removal of contaminants. Touchless cleaning is suitable for both domestic use, single operators and large fleets. Chiefs specialises in setting up wash bay systems for the trucking; construction and civil; transport; agriculture; and mining industries. By utilising a touchless system, organisations can increase their throughput rate, saving time on manual labour and the cost of cleaning product.

You can't control the price of fuel. But you can control what you're spending on cleaning.

With operating costs climbing, it makes sense to look for savings wherever you can — including the time, labour and product going into washing your vehicles and machinery.

Highly concentrated Nerta and Chiefs touchless soaps deliver more washes per litre, helping reduce your cost per wash. For routine cleaning, just foam on at around 1% concentration, allow the chemistry to work, then pressure wash off. Less scrubbing, less manual effort and faster cleaning.

From road grime and stubborn insects to heavy dirt on trucks, agricultural and construction machinery, there's chemistry formulated for the job.

Better chemistry. Less product. Lower cleaning costs.

Heavy grease and grime? Tough jobs like this call for the right chemistry.

On this bitumen truck, Nerta Super Degreaser is sprayed on neat to tackle the heavy buildup, then Nerta Active Diamond is foamed straight over the top at just 1% concentration.

The combination makes short work of a seriously dirty truck — letting the chemistry do more of the hard work and reducing the need for time-consuming manual cleaning.

Best of all, the owner could immediately see the difference, saying this technique will save hours of labour and litres of product.

Less labour. Less product. Faster cleaning.
