Meet Rob Va'ai, our Warehouse Manager! 📦

With around 20 years of experience across logistics, warehousing and distribution, including operational, leadership and senior management roles, Rob joined KLN Oceania after serving as GM for Kingz Container Crew across NZ and Australia.

Rob is passionate about people development. Rather than focusing only on operational numbers, he's driven by giving people the opportunity to grow, simplifying processes, and finding better ways of working while keeping the customer, and our people, at the centre.

Outside KLN, Rob has spent 15+ years in personal training and strength & conditioning, including work with rugby league players and teams, and is deeply involved in youth development and coaching. He's also a husband and father, and being a parent to boys with different needs has shaped a lot of how he leads, patience, communication, inclusion, and understanding that not everyone learns or responds in the same way.
