If you can't produce a temperature record, you don't have a cold chain. You have a hope.

Chiller vans at 0 to +8C. Refrigerated 8t at -20 to +8C. We confirm your temperature spec and the vehicle before we accept the job, because "we'll figure it out on the day" is how stock gets written off.

Every job we complete comes back with confirmation - who took it, when, and where. Not because it's a nice extra, but because the one time you actually need it, you really need it.
