Picked up the new LDV T60 PRO MAX Ute on Thursday 9th April. Has some new safety features I'm still coming to terms with, the most annoying one being the 'Adaptive Cruise Control' Not a Fan of that one...
She'll be heading to Truracks in Penrith soon to have a set of Polyair Air Bags fitted, Rhino roof racks and an Ionnic LED high mount Mine Spec light bar fitted with a reversing squawker, a 200W Ironman LED front light bar and dual LED Cargo Lights, fitted, and flush mounted load restraint points.
Also an Ironman 2M Awning.

Already done 2,500 kilometres since taking delivery.

New Work Ute coming soon.
Paid a deposit on a new MY25 LDV T60 Pro Max Dual Cab in White with a steel 'Roo Bar, Towbar and Tiger Aluminium Tray this morning.

My current T60 is being returned to LDV Australia with a full refund of the purchase price I paid in June 2021, after all the accessories I had fitted are removed on the 20th March at Fastfit Engineering in Kirrawee. I won't be refitting the Hydraulic Crane to the new Ute, it was never used to capacity and I just can't justify the $6K cost to have it and the ancillaries fitted to the new Pro Max Ute in the current economic climate.

I'll instead having a much lighter and smaller Alloy Crane made in Israel called a 'Spitzlift' fitted that is still 12V and will be powered by the auxiliary battery and dual battery system from my current T60 Pro. I had one of these on my first Ute, a Great Wall single cab petrol manual in 2010 and it worked very well. Watch this space!😎😎😎

Mine!

One Swipe Cost Him $10,000. A man learned an expensive lesson after a brief moment of frustration was caught on CCTV.Footage shows the man swiping at a seagull perched on his car, shooing it away before driving off. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until six hours later.

When he returned from court, he didn’t recognize his own vehicle.His car had been completely covered and damaged by not one or two birds, but hundreds of seagulls. Witnesses say the birds had swarmed the car while he was gone, leaving so much droppings behind that the paint was eaten through in multiple spots.

The damage was so severe the car needed a full repaint costing thousands of dollars. The incident went viral after a nearby store owner reviewed their security footage and shared the clips online.

Their caption said it all:

“Nature’s way of payback.”
