Settlements, is your move date coming up? We can help.

On this particular day our regular clients had no other option but to move on settlement day.

Settlement should have gone through at 12:00pm, so we of course planned to have ramps down ready to unload at 12:00pm.

It went through at 3:00pm, that’s 3 hours of costly down time we could have avoided, we didn’t finish until after 6:00pm. Our clients then have to unpack…. Not ideal.

If this doesn’t sound fun, try our recommended settlement plan.

Your furniture and boxes are loaded into our trucks usually before lunch, your loaded trucks are locked up overnight while settlement goes through.

We all turn up fresh in the morning and unload before lunch.

Your unpacking team (recommended), will likely have your new home completely set up by early afternoon and everybody makes their bedtime!
