Introducing the Nigerian Library Project, which is being coordinated by the Youth Federation for World Peace (YFWP) in partnership with Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) Australia and Universal Peace Federation (UPF). This project involves the collection of books in Australia and then shipping them to Nigeria, where they will be used to stock public library shelves in an ex
isting library in the Nigerian state of Akwa Ibom to provide reading material to assist in the education of children and adults. There is a serious lack of books for public libraries in Nigeria, so Nigerian Library Project is working in cooperation with state government officials in Nigeria to help stock the empty library shelves throughout Nigeria.
