Important Notice re Travel 10 Card Expiry Date

Dear Valued Customer

Our company recently tendered to the NSW Government for the contract to continue to provide the Fast Ferry Service between Manly and Circular Quay for the next 7 years commencing on 1 April 2015.

While we believe Sydney Fast Ferries submitted the most appropriate submission to provide a safe, reliable and efficient service to the Manly and Northern Beaches Communities, regretfully our submission was not successful and the contract has been awarded to another company.

Since early 2010 Sydney Fast Ferries has endeavored to provide you, our valued customer, a friendly, safe and reliable service that provides the highest standards of transportation to and from Manly. We trust that our predecessor will be able to provide you with a service that as a minimum achieves a standard that you have been accustomed to from our company.

Regretfully we wish to confirm that the expiry date for the usage of all Sydney Fast Ferries Travel 10 Cards shall be 31 March 2015 due to the above decision made by TfNSW.
Please check with our friendly staff at our ticket booths or onboard each vessel on the balance of each of your cards to ensure that you are able to consume the full paid up travel value through until 31 March 2015.

We shall cease to sell travel cards on 1 March 2015 therefore ensuring each passenger has the ability to fully utilize the stored credit.

To further ensure our loyal passengers of continued discounts by using the Travel 10 Card you shall be able to purchase a minimum of 4 journey top ups through until 27 March 2015.

Sydney Fast Ferries are currently working with government agencies and other organizations with the view of introducing new ferry services and we shall keep you updated as to this progress.
