More space. More flexibility. More ways to operate.

An open deck configuration is designed to maximize usable deck space by limiting fixed structures onboard. On our D-shape models, the collar design also helps free up additional deck space, giving operators even more room to move and configure the boat around the mission.

That means more capacity for personnel, equipment and mission-specific payloads, as well as easier circulation onboard and greater flexibility in the layout.

From transport and boarding operations to rescue or equipment deployment, the open deck configuration is built around operational versatility.

For more than two years, we’ve been proud to support in its mission to better understand and fight plastic pollution around the world.
Through its expeditions, the organization brings together scientists, local communities and partners to document plastic pollution, raise awareness and support action where it is needed most.

One of these missions took them across the Indian Ocean as part of the ExPLOI scientific expedition.
For several months, researchers from the five member states of the Indian Ocean Commission worked onboard the laboratory ship to collect data and better understand plastic pollution across the region.

Manta nets, drifting buoys, water sampling, micro- and macroplastic counts, microbiological analyses…
A wide range of scientific methods were used to trace the origin of plastic pollution and understand its impact on marine environments.

The first results show that much of the plastic found in the Indian Ocean comes from local coastal areas, rather than from distant regions. Scientists also found that these plastics can carry higher levels of bacteria than the surrounding seawater.

A strong reminder of how essential local action on land can be.

Since 1999, our Rosas shipyard has been the Group’s largest production site and a key hub for the assembly of RIBs up to 11 meters.

The site also features a dedicated paint booth for aluminium boats, allowing our teams to carry out this key finishing stage in a controlled environment and ensure a high level of quality and consistency.
