While Lisa recovers from an infection I thought I'd pop back to a previous layout she created back in and just love this mixed media, masculine layout she created back in 2018 featuring her son when he was younger. Lisa has done a gorgeous job using the 6x6 Fiddlestick Panel, adding some colour to an otherwise monochromatic layout and these background panels can be used as a whole piece or cut up the choice is endless. Lisa has then added some Triangle Clusters altered in white and has used to house sentiment pieces adding more texture to the page. To finish off, Lisa added a Geo Tag from the Mini Asst Camera Set. ✨Throwback Thursday
I'm really enjoying looking back through the older DT inspiration and this one I share today was created by Trudi Harrison back in 2017 and I remember loving this so much I search far and wide for the paper so I could recreate it (I think the paper is still sitting in my stash - LOL). Trudi has used Moroccan Bits, scattered around the later, the Pointed Doily Frames, adding the largest behind the photo on the top right, the Doily Frames, adding the largest to the bottom left of the photo. Tucked under the photo, Trudi has added the Corner Arches and the Parisian Border and finished off with the Fine Word Set 1 (treasure) which sits amongst the florals.

THINKING OF YOU DI

Dear followers, just to be transparent, I wanted to let you know that Di will be missing from our page for a little while. Life has dealt her a horrible blow with a Breast Cancer diagnosis and although at this time things look positive, Di will require surgery and radiation. She wanted me to share as a reminder not to forget your monthly checks, no matter what your age, as it can strike anyone at any time. We here at 2Crafty would be lost without her, but all going to plan she will be back stronger than ever in the not too distance future. It goes without saying we wish Di all the best for the next few months and we know how strong and determined she is to kick Cancer in the butt!

While Di undergoes her treatments, we will share some of her older work to inspire you and to also remind Di she has our ongoing support. You've got this Di!

Today's layout was one Di created in 2016 and is a gorgeous mixed media layout. For her chipboard she used the Friendship Mini Word Pack, Mini Flourish Pack, Lattice Leaf Set, Ariels Spray and the Frame - Jenna.

This stunning layout has been created by Charmane with a beautiful family photo and some lovely chipboard adorning the page amongst all her beautiful elements. Robin joins us today with this gorgeous layout with its spring feel and love the chipboard Robin has added to this layout. To add interest to the background, Robin has cut up the Square Collage Panel, altered it in white and has added pieces around the photo. Amongst the die cut pieces Robin has altered some of the lovely fine Foliage from Set 14 in navy and added it into her clusters. To finish off, Robin has added the Let's Go title which she has also altered in navy. Rachael joins us today with this gorgeous, girly layout featuring herself and she has used the lovely new Floral Stem Silhouette Set adding a piece either side of her photo and due to the larger size, these are definitely a statement piece. Rachael has simply inked in a soft green and tucked them either side, adding her paper elements around them. To remember the moment Rachael has added her Month and Date pieces which not only remind her of the moment but also add interest to the layout. ✨Throwback Thursday

I'm really enjoying looking back through the older DT inspiration and this one I share today was created by Bec Genet back in 2018 and love the concentration of products around her adorable photo which she as framed with 2 of the Circle Viney Frames, altering one in a teal/green and the other in cream. Amongst the flowers added around the frames, Bec added some Lattice Leaves, some Bubble Clumps and finished up with the "smile" Word Circle piece from Set 1.

VIDEO TUTORIAL........
Today we have Marie inspiring us with this arty layout featuring her Granddaughter painting and Marie has done a lovely job on this mixed media layout and has chosen larger chipboard pieces for this and love the impact they bring to the layout. Either side of her photo, Marie has added the foliage pieces from the Large Flower Stem Set before adding some paper die cut pages. Sitting on top of the flower on the left hand side, Marie has altered the title in Black and has it sitting across the base of the flower and onto the edge of the photo and this title Dream in Colour is perfect for the theme. Lastly under the title, Marie has added one of the Loopy Heart Swirls which finishes off the layout beautifully. Laura is back today and is continuing to share pages from her husband's childhood album she is doing after receiving old photos and this one is just darling as she scraps this gorgeous baby photo. Laura has used one of the gorgeous Decorative Circle Accents pieces and has added to the cluster of embellishments at the top left of her photo, as well as interest, it adds texture and a great way to add a sturdy layer behind her paper elements, Laura has also added some chipboard Buttons, altering them in pale blue here and in her bottom left cluster. At the top of her layout, Laura has added some of the ATC Tiny Stars altering in yellow and scattering them amongst the Die cuts, similar to the ATC Tiny Hearts which have been altered in white and scattered around the bottom clusters. Tania kicks off our week with this stunning feminine layout with a beautiful floral theme. Tania has used the Decorative Rod from Set 2, cut in half and has added to the top left floral cluster and the other half to the bottom right. The lovely photo has been frames using one of the Circle Revolution Frames which helps to draw your eye into the photo. Tania has then used the Foliage from Set 13 to add contrast and texture to her floral clusters. To finish off, Tania has used the fine and dainty Mother & Daughter title.
