It was a great chance to relax, share a chat, and enjoy good coffee together in a friendly atmosphere. These outings are all about connection, wellbeing, and making the most of social time in the community.

These gentle sessions are designed to help you relax, reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged. No stretching no cardio!

Many say winter is the best season to visit the Blue Mountains—and after this trip, it's easy to see why. Our Community Wheels clients smashed another great workout at today's exercise class. From improving strength and balance to increasing flexibility, everyone is feeling stronger, more confident, and energised.

It's amazing what a few sessions can do when you stay active and keep moving! 👏🏋️‍♀️

A fascinating journey through Australia's history! 🇦🇺

Our Community Wheels clients enjoyed a wonderful day exploring Old Government House in Parramatta, Australia's oldest surviving public building and a UNESCO World Heritage-listed site.

From learning about Australia's convict beginnings to discovering the stories of the first Governors of New South Wales, the visit brought history to life. Clients admired the beautiful Georgian architecture, rare colonial furnishings, and stunning parklands overlooking the Parramatta River.

A day filled with learning, friendship, laughter, and new memories. Thank you to everyone who joined us on this special outing! ❤️

📜✨ Stepping back in time at the Wollondilly Heritage Centre! ✨📜

Community Wheels clients enjoyed a fascinating day exploring the rich history of the Wollondilly region. From early settler stories and treasured photographs to the heritage of Burragorang, Yerranderie, and the coal mining communities, every exhibit offered a glimpse into the lives of those who came before us.

Our clients were especially captivated by the stories of resilience, community spirit, and the deep cultural history of the Gundungurra people. History truly came alive as we discovered the objects, memories, and remarkable events that helped shape the local villages we know today.

A wonderful day of learning, reminiscing, friendship, and appreciation for the generations who built our communities. 🏡📖❤️

☕💛 Community Wheels clients had a wonderful time today at our Friday Coffee Club at Qube Kaffeine & Kitchen, North Parramatta.

What a lovely place! The atmosphere was beautiful, calm, and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax and catch up with friends. The food was fresh and delicious, and everything was presented so beautifully.
