Anne and Kevin had always wanted to experience the Tamworth Country Music Festival, but as the years went by, they started wondering whether they might be too old to go.

They decided to give it a go – and had the time of their lives! 💙

🍷 WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME IN THE BAROSSA & CLARE VALLEY! 🍇💙

Our travellers have recently returned from a fantastic Barossa & Clare Valley adventure, and judging by the smiles, laughter and stories along the way, it was certainly a tour to remember!

From fascinating historic towns and beautiful vineyard landscapes to delicious food, w**e tastings and wonderful local experiences, the group packed plenty into their South Australian escape.

Highlights included exploring Gawler, Burra and historic Mintaro, visiting magnificent Martindale Hall, discovering the Barossa’s famous w**eries including Jacob’s Creek, Kies Family Wines and Seppeltsfield, and enjoying stops at Barossa Chateau, Melba’s Chocolates and Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop.

But as always, some of the best memories came from simply travelling together, sharing a meal, having a laugh and enjoying each other’s company.

At 82 years old, Judy experienced a moment she says she’ll never forget – heading out on the Dawn Wildlife Safari at Monarto Safari Park and getting incredibly close to the cheetahs.

Setting out early as the animals began their day, Judy experienced the excitement of travelling through Monarto’s vast open-range habitats and seeing some of the world’s most magnificent animals up close.

For Judy, it was one of those wonderful travel moments that proves new adventures and unforgettable experiences can happen at any age.

At On Course Tours, we want every traveller to feel comfortable, confident and able to enjoy their holiday to the fullest. That’s why each of our tours has a Fitness Rating to help travellers understand the level of physical activity involved before booking.

Our Fitness Ratings provide a guide to what may be required during the tour, such as walking distances, stairs, uneven surfaces, getting on and off the coach and the general pace of the itinerary.

Some holidays offer a relaxed pace with minimal walking, while others are more active and require a greater level of mobility and fitness.

We encourage travellers to check the Fitness Rating when choosing a tour and select an itinerary that suits their individual abilities. Choosing the right tour means more time enjoying the destination, the experiences and the company of fellow travellers.
