We've been doing this for 30 years. Long enough to have seen most of what freight and customs can throw at a shipment.

Regulations that changed overnight. Goods held up for reasons nobody could have predicted. Peak seasons that broke every plan on paper. Global events that rewrote shipping routes almost overnight.
