A tragic scene in Perth that shows vulnerable locations to unplanned vehicle impacts on pedestrians and street facing front shops.

Did you know that the Olympic rings were first produced in 1913, from a design created by the Games’ modern founder – Baron Pierre de Coubertin!

Their five colours (along with the white backdrop) reflect colours found on the flags of all participating nations, so everyone is represented. The overlaps also represent international cooperation, and the coming together of athletes from all over the world

As the Tokyo Olympics 2020 officially wrapped up this week, Ezi Security Systems would like to congratulate all participating athletes for their achievements, perseverance, and dedication to realise this continued tradition.

Hostile Vehicle Mitigation refers to the protective measures undertaken by the owner of premises, be it a business owner, apartment complex owner or local council, to reduce the risk of vehicles being used as weapons in a particular area.

One of the outstanding HVM solutions within the Ezi Security range is the PPG Wedge II barrier. This solution is capable of blocking a 7.5-tonne truck traveling at 80kph at a 90° angle.
