Transport company based at Tempe are looking for an invoicing / Admin Assistant to join our team based in our TEMPE office. This is a permanent position with an immediate start. Experience with MYOB and transport industry is preferred. You will be the main contact for all bookings and customer queries. Ideally would prefer someone with transport knowledge

Your duties will include :

Entering bookings via email into bookings system
Allocating freight for pick ups
Invoicing of all Jobs
Matching up proof of deliveries
Emailing all POD’s to customers.
Dealing with invoice queries
Filing and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements :
Transport Experience
MYOB and Outlook experience
Ability to multi-task
High attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently after training period
Good computer skills
