Australian Metal Recycling is looking for a hands-on leader to run our Dubbo yard, one of seven across NSW.
This is a role for someone who wants to own their yard, not just work in it. You'll lead the team and keep the site safe and compliant, with real autonomy backed by a seven site network.
You:

Proven leadership running a site, depot or crew
โ
Scrap metal experience highly desirable or a strong background in waste, recycling, transport, quarrying or heavy industry
โ
Commercially minded with good judgement around buying and pricing
โ
Motivated, practical and comfortable making decisions on the spot
