There’s a side of this business not everyone sees.

Behind every early start, every late night unload, every load that has to get there no matter what… there’s a bloke who just gets on with it.

My husband is a business owner, a father to our kids, and the backbone of our family.
He’s also living with Multiple Sclerosis.

MS doesn’t clock off.
It doesn’t care if there’s work to do, trucks to run, or a family depending on you.
Some days are tougher than others fatigue, pain, uncertainty but he still shows up. For us. For our business. For the life we’ve built.

And if you know anything about this industry… you know that takes grit.

We’re putting this out there not for sympathy, but for support.

We’re raising funds to help fight MS to support research, treatment, and hopefully one day, a cure. Because no family should have to watch someone they love battle this.

If you’ve ever:
Seen one of our trucks on the road.
Relied on local transport to keep things moving.
Or just believe in backing good people just getting on with it.

We’d be incredibly grateful for your support.

Every dollar helps. Every share matters.

And here’s where we’d love you to get involved…

On the final day 31st May 2026, me and Hayley and anyone else who wants to come along are walking from our Sunnyside home to the golf club to finish with a well earned schooner with Bull.

No pressure, no big fuss just good people coming together for a good cause.

Walk a bit, walk it all, or just meet us at the golf club and raise a glass.

Let’s show what a strong community looks like.

From our family to yours thank you.
For the support, the kind words, and for standing behind us.

We’ll keep turning up. Always.

I'm raising money for a cause close to my heart and would love your support.

🎉 Happy Birthday to the Bulltranz Boss Man! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating the bloke who keeps the wheels turning, the phones ringing, the trucks moving and somehow still manages to answer “where’s that load at?” 47 times a day.

The man who says “I’ll just have a quick day in the office” and somehow ends up:
✔ chasing trucks
✔ fixing breakdowns
✔ talking fuel prices
✔ solving everyone else’s problems
…and still finding time to ask me to do one hundred jobs at once🤣.

They say with age comes wisdom… although we’re still waiting to see proof of that every time he says “this job won’t take long.” 😅

Thanks for everything you do for Bulltranz, our drivers, customers and the family behind the scenes. It’s not always easy, but you give it everything you’ve got.

Here’s hoping your birthday includes:
🚛 no breakdowns (whoops had one already)
📞 fewer phone calls
⛽ cheaper diesel
…and maybe even a cold beer at knock off time.

Happy Birthday mate try not to work too hard today (although we know that won’t happen).

We’d like to give a massive thanks to another one of our major sponsors – Bulltranz Bulk Haulage🚛

Bulltranz is a locally owned trucking company that works hard keeping bulk freight moving across the region while also supporting local sport and community.

Their support means a lot to our club and we’re proud to have them backing us this season 💪

If you see their trucks out on the road, give them a wave 👋 and remember to support the businesses that support local sport.

Big news for the Bulltranz family as of today 13th April 2026.

We’re proud to officially welcome McCarthy Haulage into the Bulltranz Bulk Haulage team.

Firstly, we’d like to sincerely thank Luke & Kylie Arandale for the years of hard work they’ve put into building McCarthy Haulage into what it is today. Your dedication to the industry and the local community hasn’t gone unnoticed, and we appreciate the opportunity to carry it forward.

A big welcome to Des, Justin and Brock joining the crew. So there’ll be plenty of familiar faces and voices just now under the Bulltranz banner.

This is a great step forward for our business as we continue to grow and strengthen our service across the region.

To our drivers and customers thank you for your continued support. It’s what keeps local, family run operations like ours moving.

Here’s to the next chapter 🚛💨

🐣 Happy Easter from all of us at Bulltranz 🐣

As we roll into this Easter break, we just want to take a moment to say thank you.

It’s been a challenging month out on the road long days, changing conditions, and plenty thrown at us and we know there’s still a bit to work through yet. But like always, we’ll keep showing up and getting the job done.

To our drivers your hard work, early starts, and commitment don’t go unnoticed. You’re the backbone of what we do.

To our customers thank you for sticking with us, supporting local, and understanding the pressures across the transport and ag industries right now.

We hope everyone gets a chance to slow down, spend time with family, and enjoy a well-earned few days off (if you can grab them).

From our yard to yours — stay safe on the roads and in the paddock.

Happy Easter 🐰
The Bulltranz Team

Right now in regional Australia, the pressure is real and it’s being felt right across the transport and agricultural industries.

The rising cost of fuel isn’t just a headline… it’s hitting every kilometre we travel, every load we deliver, and every job we take on. For bulk haulage businesses like ours, fuel is one of the biggest operating costs and when it moves, everything moves with it.

Behind every load of lime, gravel, fertiliser, grain or manure is a chain of real costs fuel, tyres, maintenance, compliance, wages and long days on the road making sure regional communities and farms keep running.

We don’t take passing on costs lightly. We know our customers are facing the same pressures on the land higher inputs, tighter margins, and unpredictable conditions. But to keep trucks on the road, drivers moving safely, and services reliable, sometimes these increases have to be shared in the fairest and most transparent way possible. We use 70% of our fuel from fuel stations and are subject to the volatility of the cost at the bowser. We are calculating our cost per load on what the cost increase is, with data from the trucks on fuel usage per km. We are not using blanket averages across our fleet to keep it as precise as possible.

This isn’t about profit it’s about sustainability. It’s about making sure we can still show up tomorrow, next month, and next season.

Transport and agriculture are built on trust, resilience, and backing each other in tough times. And right now, that matters more than ever.

If we stick together, support local, and understand the true cost behind what it takes to keep things moving we all stand a better chance of getting through it.

Because without trucks, farms slow down. And without farms, cities don’t eat.

Let’s keep supporting each other and keep regional Australia moving.

“Bulltranz, Built Tough for the Bush, Even When It Hits Back.”

Out the back of Yelarbon State Forest.
Sun dropping fast. Gravel delivered. Just one old gate between me and knocking off.

Hot day. Snake country. Already on edge.

Open gate.
Drive through.
Hop out.

THUD.
THUD.

“Probably a branch,” I told myself.
(It was not a branch.)

Shut the gate. Turn around.

Next minute I’m grabbed from behind like I owe someone money.

For a split second I thought I’d finally met the Yelarbon Yowie.

I spin, throw a right hook… and staring back at me is a kangaroo that looked like he’d done a 12 week fight camp with Mike Tyson.

Chest puffed.
Arms cocked.
Eyes locked.

This bloke wasn’t grazing.
He was sparring.

He bounced once.
I bounced backwards.

And when he squared up again, I ran faster than Usain Bolt chasing Olympic gold.

I don’t remember touching the ground.
I scaled that K200 like I was in SAS selection week.
Door open. Dive in. Slam shut.

Heart pounding. Breathing like I’d run from Tenterfield to Texas

And there he stood…

Just staring through the cab window.

Not moving.

Not blinking.

Like he was saying,
“Round two, mate?”

Scratched. Bruised. Dignity slightly damaged.

Thought no one would believe me.

But thank heavens for Snapchat —
Video proof of the roo staring me down, blood and scratches on my arms, and my voice somewhere between panic and disbelief.

😂🦘🤦‍♂️Moral of the story:
You don’t just drive trucks in Australia…

You survive it.

And sometimes the wildlife hits harder than the potholes.

We all need a good laugh sometimes.🤣🤣🤣

Backing the Tenterfield Show
Backing Our Ag Community

There’s nothing more Aussie than a good country show and few do it better than the Tenterfield Show Society.
Tomorrow and Saturday, the Tenterfield Show kicks off for 2026, showcasing everything that makes our small towns the backbone of this country.

For businesses like ours at Bulltranz Bulk Haulage, supporting ag shows isn’t just sponsorship – it’s who we are.
Our entire business is built around backing farmers, producers, and rural industries. We see firsthand the hard work, resilience, and community spirit that keeps towns like Tenterfield thriving.

Ag shows celebrate that.
They bring people together.
They remind us why rural Australia matters.

Local businesses play a huge role in keeping these events alive. Every donation, every volunteer hour, every sponsorship it all helps keep traditions strong and ensures our next generation grows up proud of where they come from.

So here’s our call to action:

👉Grab the family
👉 Head to the Tenterfield Show tomorrow or Saturday
👉 Support the exhibitors, producers, competitors, and local businesses who make it all happen

Let’s pack the showgrounds, show our pride, and back the community that backs us all year round.

See you at the show!
