Out with the old, in with the new. ⚓

A fresh tow line built for a superyacht’s tender, replacing a heavily worn line that had reached the end of its working life.

This new setup features a 26T break load, twin stainless steel thimbles, and protective chafe cover for improved durability and long-term performance.

When it comes to towing systems, timely replacement and quality construction matter.

Precision matters when it comes to load-bearing hardware.

For a Martz MYC46, we manufactured a replacement vang bolt after the original had bent under load. Our team machined a new bolt from 316 stainless steel on the lathe, delivering a strong, accurate fit built for the job.

From problem hardware to finished product — this is the kind of in-house capability that keeps boats moving and systems working as they should.

Danu, a Jeanneau 60, stepping her mast after a comprehensive rig service.

After completing a circumnavigation of Australia, she came to us for repairs to the in-mast furling system, a full rig inspection and service, and upgrades to key cordage systems—ensuring everything is dialled in and ready for what’s next.

Brisbane to Gladstone kicks off on Friday ⛵️

Hard to miss this one 🔴 Function-first rigging with serious color.

🔧 Archambault A40 – Boom Refurb 🔧

We recently reworked a heavily worn gooseneck and boom assembly:

✔️ New custom bushings & machined knuckle/bracket to prevent wear
✔️ Assembly tightened for safe use under load
✔️ Old boom sheaves replaced with precision-fit, free-spinning sheaves

The result? A smooth, safe, and reliable boom assembly ready for work.

✔️ Sheaves serviced and replaced
✔️ New furler installed
✔️ Electrical hardware & cabling renewed

Awesome result and a huge week on the water — congrats 👏

From our side, it was great to be involved in helping get this campaign race-ready.

Great to support dinghies in local waters and see them perform on the world stage.
