We began operation in 2007 with the emphasis of keeping the customer first. The directors of the company have a background in the construction and mining equipment industry and from their experience saw a need of a customer focused company for this industry. Thus AGM was created. So hopefully overtime this page will give you some insight into our company. We will post pictures and information from time to time about our company. Making the most of every movement.

This week, our team transported two trailer loads of excavator track shoes and ancillary mining parts for Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia from Marsden Park in Sydney through to North Queensland.

Working closely with the Hitachi team, we were then able to coordinate additional movements out of their Townsville branch, including a Bell B30 articulated dump truck, maximising our fleet utilisation and reducing empty kilometres.

It’s a great example of how strong customer relationships, forward planning and communication can create more efficient transport solutions.

It’s not always the biggest moves that make me the most proud. Sometimes it’s these ones.

Just after 3pm yesterday, I received a call. A Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia ZX17 and trailer needed to get from Revesby to Canberra for a customer delivery.

With the long weekend approaching, it was time sensitive. The machine would be ready Friday morning and the customer needed it moving.

No problem. We’ll get it sorted.

A few calls, some quick planning with our driver David, and this morning we had a truck there ready to load and get it down to Canberra before the long weekend.

For me, this is what service is all about.

We understand how our customers operate and, particularly from a dealer’s perspective, how quickly things can change. A machine sells, a customer needs it, and suddenly getting it delivered becomes the priority.

That’s where I believe the level of service matters.

Our phones are answered 24/7. We’re not afraid of a call after hours or on a weekend. Our customers can speak directly with the people running the business, get an answer and know that we understand what needs to happen.

There’s no complicated process. We understand the industry, we understand the urgency, and we make it happen.

The big moves will always get the attention, but it’s jobs like this and the service behind them that I’m most proud of.
