🦘 **Donations Needed** 💚

Our wildlife patients go through a huge amount of everyday supplies, and we're running low on some essentials.

If you're able to help, we'd be incredibly grateful for any of the items listed in the graphic. Every donation, no matter how small, helps us provide the care and comfort our sick, injured and orphaned native wildlife need.

🧺Please ensure all bedding and textile donations are freshly washed and clean. Unfortunately, we sometimes receive soiled items that can't be used, so clean donations help us put your generosity straight to work caring for wildlife.

Donations can be dropped off at the NQ Wildlife Centre, 27A Aitken Street, Aitkenvale, on Sundays between **10:00 am and 1:00 pm**.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving efficiency and service, we are excited to share our latest delivery prices effective 1 August 2026. Please note from 1 August these will include GST.

Our standard delivery rates within the Townsville area:

Ute: $60
Trailer: $80
Additional items $10 per item
+$20 for Stairs (Highset/Apartment etc)

We also offer additional services to enhance convenience for the customer:

Installation and rubbish removal: $40 (excludes flat packs)
Removal of old items: $40
Package Installation - install new item, removal of old item and rubbish: $70

Hourly Rate: 160ph min 2hr Booking

For deliveries outside our standard service area:

Paluma, Ingham, Charters Towers & Ayr (Additional Services may be requested at above rates):
Ute load: $250 (regardless of item count)
Trailer required: $300 +$10 per item
Includes surrounding areas up to 30 km

Additional out-of-area service: $2 per km

Discount rates for:
- Veterans and current Serving
- Pensioners
- First Responders including SES
- Volunteers
-BNI members

Ute: $50
Trailer: $70

Our Macropod Team recently needed to transport 44 fencing panels down to Charters Towers to build another much-needed soft release enclosure for wildlife in rehabilitation. Without hesitation, Jacob generously offered to transport them completely free of charge.

It's acts of kindness like this that make an enormous difference. Every dollar we save on transport can instead be spent where it's needed most—providing food, veterinary care, enclosures, and rehabilitation for injured and orphaned native wildlife.
