* ⚽ Australia vs Brazil – Friday 25 September
A huge night of international football at Queensland Country Bank Stadium as the Socceroos take on Brazil. There’s also a free street party beforehand in Flinders Street with food trucks, live entertainment, family activities and the game shown on big screens.

* 🎭 NAFA – 25 September to 11 October
Seventeen days of arts, culture and entertainment across Townsville, including circus, comedy, theatre, live music, family activities and free community events. There’s something happening for just about every age group.

* 🛍️ Cotters Market – Sunday mornings
A Townsville favourite for a relaxed Sunday morning. Head into the city for market stalls, something to eat and a wander around before heading home.

* 🎭 A Night in Little Grimley – 30 September to 3 October
Townsville Little Theatre is bringing two hilarious Little Grimley plays to the stage, following a rather hopeless amateur theatre group and all the chaos that comes with them.

* 🏍️ AUSX Supercross – Saturday 3 October
Queensland Country Bank Stadium will be transformed for a massive night of Supercross racing, huge jumps and Freestyle Kings motocross action. There’s also a Fan Fest during the day with rider appearances and activities.

* 🤠 Calamity Jane – 9 & 10 October
A lively reimagining of the classic Wild West musical at Townsville Civic Theatre, packed with humour, music and plenty of personality.

* 🎶 Björn Again – Saturday 10 October
Get ready for an ABBA-filled night at the Townsville Entertainment & Convention Centre, with all the classics, plenty of glitter and a good excuse to sing and dance the night away.
