Hey folks, due to some urgent work at the shop Casey has a few loaves of sourdough that need a new home. Reach out and grab yourself some pretty great bread!

🚨 HELP! SOURDOUGH NEEDS A HOME 🚨
Hey everyone!
We’ve just been hit with some unexpected news - Mannys Market Bakery in Traralgon is closed until next week 🤯
The problem?
I’ve already prepped dough for the next few days… which means I’ve got around 40 fresh loaves that need a home TOMORROW!!🥖❤️

I’d hate to see this beautiful bread go to waste, so I’m looking for:
✅ Cafés or businesses who want to stock up
✅ Locals who want fresh bread (bulk welcome!)
✅ Anyone happy to share this post and spread the word

Big thanks to everyone that ordered and came out to Missen Link Burgers for a platter today.

These things can be a gamble (marble score 9 wagyu isn't cheap!) but we had a ball. We've heard the requests so next time we might add in some options for smaller feeds.
Feedback always appreciated so please let us know what you thought.

12 hours in and the wrap is done - 185ish for brisket and 170 for pork to anyone keeping track.

400 wings there smoking over redgum, which will then be flash fried on Sunday. Unbeatable.
We've also got ELITE wagyu & cheese smoked sausages for you all.... Butchers On George have absolutely nailed these.
We may even have a few in the fridge on Sunday that you can cook at home 😉

Missen Link Burgers is also smashing out some classic American desserts.

We've got another little surprise in store for our barbecue platter this week at Missen Link Burgers ...we've got the master at Serious About Sourdough doing sourdough cornbread for you all! That's right - SOURDOUGH CONRBREAD.
And trust me, it's legendary.

Our collab barbecue platter with Missen Link Burgers is at capacity. Thanks all for the support, it's going to be a crazy feed.
