After another busy week and as we start to head to the end of Winter and eagerly await the Spring, our sales team have noticed an upturn in moving home enquiries. As is always the case Forster-Tuncurry is coming out of the winter hibernation, making our September bookings looking strong at this early stage.

After receiving two phone calls from seperate clients this morning, praising our teams, I decided I needed to take 5 Minutes from my day and prepare this post to thank our staff for their continual professionalism.

One lady, was so stressed leading up to the move she was actually considering not moving, however after contacting us and being reassured we will eliminate all her concerns and our team of men are very aware of the stress people experience moving, so today when she called to tell me on arrival all the men were smiling and laughing amongst themselves she was instantly at ease, then as they proceeded to remove items until the house was empty and the truck was loaded, in her words “felt like she had just been entertained”.

To all our teams out there in cold,rainy,hot weather Conditions, sometimes with difficult access or awkward items to be moved, we thank you. I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation enough of the commitment each and everyone one of you make daily to keep our clients happy and “entertained”

I had to take a moment from my day after receiving two phone calls from seperate clients calling in to say how wonderfully friendly our teams were on arrival, soon relieving all the stress they had built up leading to the removal day.

One lady in particular mentioned that in 13 moves how efficient, happy and professional our team are would recommend us highly to all her friends and would be calling into to see the sales staff at Palm lakes Forster to thank them for recommending our business to her.

Weekly Wrap

Our teams were out and about this week relocating locals all over town, out of town and in to our lovely town.

Welcome to our weekly roundup

This week saw our newest team member begin his training as a professional Removalist, with our experienced team members training Mark in the safe practices of lifting and the extra steps we take to ensure our clients goods arrive the way we collected them, ensuring customer satisfaction.

The week that is gone, has seen us travel far and wide once again, with our trucks travelling to Robina, Maroochydore, Northgate, Cairns and Fern Bay NSW with our normal regular daily trips to Sydney, weekly trips to Coffs Harbour via port Macquarie & servicing our Twin towns of Forster - Tuncurry.

We recently made a special mention to Ruby Sinclair of her aspirations of being a dancer, we are pleased to mention that Ruby and her fellow team mates recently competed in Newcastle and delighted to report Ruby excelled in The competition. Well done Ruby I am sure mum and dad are very proud.

Welcome to our weekly roundup

As winter is here we can see a noticeable shift to people starting to bunker down and hibernate for the coming colder months as is the case every year. With that said we have been kept busy and presented with the opportunity for some our staff to take long service leave and time in lieu enjoying some well earned rest from the busy year we have experienced.

The week that is gone, has seen us travel far and wide once again, with our trucks travelling to Kendall, Singleton heights, Lawrence, Grafton NSW, with our normal regular daily trips to Sydney, weekly trips to Coffs Harbour via port Macquarie & servicing our Twin towns of Forster - Tuncurry.

We like to Wish Jeremy Sinclair, son of one of our original team members (Matt Sinclair) a happy birthday for yesterday, proving how quickly time goes as Matt started here with us at the age of 21 as a single man, now in his Mid thirties married and with 3 beautiful children. It only seemed like yesterday I was introducing myself and the industry to Matt.

It has been a busy week, as mentioned earlier one of our longtime team members Tom is enjoying 4 weeks long service leave, timing it so he can enjoy every game of the World Cup especially when Australia or Croatia are playing enjoy your time off Tom we miss you at work but see you soon.
