Live in (own room in house or cabin on property) carer-companion for 76yo gent with moderate cognitive impairment (early stage of dementia). No personal care, he is not at that stage. There is a home support package already in place. We are seeking someone to be around in evenings to oversee his cooking (or to cook), remind him to take his medication, and check he's fed the dogs. He needs help to manage 'use-by' dates on food, and just a gentle reminder to chuck the mouldy stuff out.
He is a fit, active, healthy, very proudly independent man, but can't see the point in doing housework because 'things just get dirty again'....his carers keep him in line.
He has a thousand great stories to tell, and in case you might forget, he'll tell them to you again.
Property is 20 acres 5mins from Tamworth. He has two working dogs and a handful of sheep.
He might be open to a small dog, cat, grass-eater etc, and if you have a horse, agistment could be arranged nearby.

Open to anything that works both ways.
