Meet Shane 👋🚛

Every good team has someone who’s always willing to lend a hand, and for us, that’s Shane.

Whether he’s behind the wheel, helping in the yard, or stopping for a chat, Shane is the sort of bloke who’s always happy to help out. If something needs doing, he’s onto it—and if you run into him, there’s a good chance you’ll leave with a laugh as well.

After years in the industry, Shane knows that transport is about more than just moving loads. It’s about working together, looking out for your mates, and getting the job done properly.

We thought we’d have a bit of fun and capture what makes Shane... He thought only the boss got to feature on our social media page.

Before the trucks, the projects, and the long days on the road, there was a simple approach: work hard, do what you say you'll do, and look after the people around you.

After more than 35 years in the transport and construction industry, not much has changed. Family, reliability, local connections, and getting the job done right are still what matter most.

This sketch captures a few of the things that have shaped the journey over the years—from road sites and truck maintenance to the people, places, and values that make Ryan's Tippers what it is today.
