Another Mercury gearbox in getting stripped down and rebuilt for a commercial customer
Both Forward and reverse gears getting replaced as well as seals and bearings and dog clutch ready for many more years of work

Customer had just purchased this little yammy where the previous owner had served it him self for years, gearbox oil was good spark plugs where new all looked really good to the naked eye, luckily the new owner wanted it checked over before letting his kids use it and this is what we found, impeller completely destroyed,
The lesson here is if your going to service your own outboard replace the impeller every 12 months regardless of use, and if you are unsure how to do it let the professionals do your service ! It’ll save you in the long run

Bunch of seadoos leaving this week after finally receiving our seadoo order mix of rats eating wiring harnesses spark plug tubes and coils failing as well as jet pump rebuilds and more wear ring and impeller replacements than you can poke a stick at

If your seadoo is about to be put away for winter get it serviced and inspected before hand ,

That way come spring your ready to go, not waiting on repairs and parts to arrive
