Our busy Revesby based warehouse is seeking a keen energetic warehouse assistant and delivery driver.
Basic daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• unloading shipping containers
• managing stock
• loading stock into truck for transport
• transporting furniture to customers and assembling
• ensuring tidiness in the warehouse
• occasionally doing small additional van or truck deliveries
To be successful in this role you will be required to:
• Hold a current licence
• work on your feet for long periods
• Be able to lift heavy furniture
• be flexible in their availability – shipping containers may arrive on weekends and require unloading on the day
• Experience in carpentry and tools preferable
All training will be provided in assembling the furniture, proper lifting technique and stacking.
We require someone to take pride in their work, for the right candidate there is plenty of room to grow within the company as the business expands.
