From first roll to final bite. 🍣👩‍🍳

A few of our favourite moments from the Kids Sushi Workshop at Tokyo Sushi Dapto.

There was some serious concentration, a little chaos, plenty of creativity and a lot of very proud little chefs showing off what they made. Watching the kids go from learning the basics to putting together their own sushi was easily the best part of the day. 😎

And judging by some of these reactions, the quality control team took their job very seriously. 😂

Thanks again to all the families who came along and made the workshop such a memorable one.

Yesterday, the kids officially took over Tokyo Sushi 🍣❤️

A massive thank you to every family who came along, and to our team for helping bring the whole thing together.

There were plenty of smiles, plenty of sushi… and at least one chef who looked like they’d already done a 12-hour shift. 😂

Such a great day for us at Tokyo Sushi Dapto. 🍣👩‍🍳
