Hey guys!! An update on Facebook messages and the next week.

I am only receiving some of the msg still, if I don't respond in a 24 hour period please email me at [email protected] and I will get back to you.

From tomorrow Wednesday 28th September till Monday 3rd Oct I am taking some time away.
For the 1st time in over 2 years since starting the business plus the busy life of a separation, moving states, 3 kids and a million other life hurdles, this girl is taking a few days to enjoy the Deni Ute muster.

All msgs, emails and text will be responded to once I am back. 😊

Also thanks and good luck 😅 to my parents for looking after the 3 kiddies for 5 days. ( 😜I know you will see this🤣 )

Hey Guys, I have had it brought to my attention via email tonight (3 emails to be exact) that I have not been responding to Facebook msges.
When in fact I haven't been getting any. And i have looked and can't seem to even find any unread msges.

If you have sent a msg to the page in the last 5 days and I have not responded could you please email me at [email protected].

I have had to email Facebook to see why I am not getting my msges and they are working to fix the issue as apparently Facebook has upgraded their business pages and for some reason mine and a few other pages can't receive msgs .

Attention all who are to yet get a response either via emails or on here.

All messages will be responded to tonight,

Not only is it school holidays atm for us the past week we have had to drop everything to tend to 2 family emergency that have sadly happened away from home.

As some of you know I have responded to some msges but not all. Once I have my children in bed tonight I will sit down and respond to all ( I have a few).

Remember to always hug your family, you never know what can happen.

2022 price list.

You may notice a small increase of price, I have tried to keep my covers as low as I can over the past 20 months and I continue to do so, but the time has come to increase slightly to cover my expenses.

AUSTRALIA POST UPDATE!

Yesterday I made aware that down here in Victoria they have over 4,000 parcels waiting for shipment.

The Distribution centre in Sunshine is working with only half of there staff due to employees having covid, Dandenong is the same and Morwell is currently awaiting a couple of employees results back.
As I keep on saying 'please allow additional time' from what I have noticed a parcel to QLD took 4 weeks to get there, if I could speed up the time I would but unfortunately I can't.

Please excuse my absence tonight with my respond to emails and messages, I will get back to all Inquiries tomorrow.

My dear 7 year old felt it was a great idea to climb the neighbours tin roof shed and fall through onto a concrete slab.
He is doing well just needs mum full attention.

Please excuse my absence on here.

Busy with mum life, a storm that cut power for a few days and kids sports.

Work has been in full swing getting orders out 3 times a week.

Thinking of making a order, please keep in mind there is a 3 week wait atm and my 2 boys start school holidays of this Friday so with 3 kiddies home I will do my best to get orders done of a day also then just at night.

Emails and any other inquiries are done of a night once my little ones are in bed so please be patient with response times.

I would like to Thank everyone for their patience with my absence.

The power is back on, the long weekend is over and I am getting back to all enquiries as quickly as I can.

Unfortunately this isn't my 1st job, being a mum is therefore this side of work comes when the children are asleep.

Attention customers!

As my town has been without power since last night around 8pm and isnt expected to come back on till Sunday ( fingers crossed its sooner ) i have had to relocated for the couple of days that I have no power.

Unfortunately this means I have just coming into more service so I am getting all your messages and email now.

Unfortunately the orders I would of been doing at night are going to have to be pushed back until I am back home and with power.
I am so sorry for the inconvenience.
