Vacancy In Ocean Import Operations and Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing and executing end-to-end import ocean operations including IGM submission and customer service
• Coordinating closely with port authorities, customs officials, and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth cargo clearance along with handling necessary amendments
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt, accurate, and solution-driven responses.
• Maintaining internal systems by accurately updating shipment records, preparing invoices, and issuing CN/DN in a timely manner.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational flow and support overall process optimization.
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of import ocean operations and documentation
• Understanding of port and customs procedures, clearance processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Customer service excellence, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to queries.
• Problem-solving ability
