BREAKING: HSBC says SpaceX (SPCX) stock is fully valued at current levels—even after factoring in a generous "Elon Musk innovation premium."

The firm has initiated coverage on SpaceX with a Hold rating and a $115 price target.

HSBC analyst Nicolas Cote-Colisson applied a 2x innovation multiplier to the bank's sum-of-the-parts (SOTP) valuation model.

This premium was modeled on Tesla’s early public-market trajectory, attempting to quantify Elon Musk’s proven capability to disrupt mature industries and execute on massive technological visions.

Even after baking in this generous 2x multiplier, HSBC's base-case target of $115 came in below the company’s $135 IPO price.

The bank said SpaceX’s valuation already reflects aggressive ex*****on across all three of its core businesses: continued rapid subscribers growth and global expansion of Starlink, sustained scaling of high-frequency launch operations, and early monetization and potential from its AI assets following the integration of xAI and Grok.

HSBC’s core thesis is that because these future milestones are already fully priced into the stock, there is minimal room for near-term fundamental upside.

SpaceX’s stock has plunged nearly 50% from its all-time high of $225.64, wiping out $1.5 trillion in market cap in less than 40 days.

Nancy Pelosi's disclosure showed a purchase of up to $1 million in Alphabet shares on January 16, when the stock was trading around $330.

Another interesting detail: Ro Khanna serves as the Ranking Member of the House Armed Services Cyber Subcommittee, which authorizes funding related to active Pentagon contracts, including work involving Google Cloud.

Markets often react to headlines in the short term, but long-term performance is usually driven by ex*****on, innovation, and business results.

Alphabet steht nach den Zahlen an einer charttechnisch wichtigen Stelle: direkt auf der 200-Tage-Linie.

Die Ausgangslage: Im zweiten Quartal ist der Cloud-Umsatz um 82 % explodiert, gleichzeitig hat Alphabet angekündigt, die Investitionen in KI-Infrastruktur noch weiter hochzufahren. Genau diese steigende Ausgabenlast drückt seit den Zahlen auf den Kurs.

Im Chart sieht man die Folge: Von rund 403 Dollar im Hoch ist die Aktie auf etwa 321 zurückgekommen, mitten hinein in die rot eingezeichnete 200-Tage-Linie bei rund 323. Diese Linie gilt vielen als grobe Trennmarke zwischen langfristigem Aufwärts- und Abwärtstrend. Über Monate lief der Kurs klar darüber, jetzt kommt der erste echte Test.

Genau darauf schauen jetzt viele: Hält die 200-Tage-Linie als Unterstützung, wäre der Rücksetzer wohl nur eine Verschnaufpause im Aufwärtstrend. Fällt der Kurs klar darunter und bleibt dort, würde sich das Bild eintrüben. Bestätigt ist aber noch nichts, ein einzelner Tag an der Linie sagt wenig.
