We are currently hiring some contributors for Omni Shipping Lines Limited an International
Freight Forwarding company.

Requirements:
Education:
Graduation & post-Graduation from any recognized university, Preferred Marketing.

Experience
• 5/7 years experiences in Sales & Marketing.
• This initiative aims to support experience, talent and encourage diversity in the workforce by
offering them a chance to showcase their skills and potential.

Additional Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of computer systems, proficient
communication abilities in both Bangla and English, and excellent writing skills in English.

Responsibilities & Context
• Prospecting and cold calling potential clients to generate new business leads
• Meeting with potential clients to understand their shipping needs and provide solutions.
• Creating and presenting customized freight forwarding proposals to clients.
• Negotiating rates and terms with clients to secure new business
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
• Attending industry trade shows and networking events to promote the company's services.
• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth ex*****on of shipments.
• Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and performance
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Dedicated sales performance to meet individual and sales team targets.
• Create a proper Business plan to develop company sales.

Employment Status : Full Time

Salary : Negotiable
