Job Responsibilities:
✅ You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
✅Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
✅Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
✅Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
✅Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
✅Should be able to maintain client database.
✅You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
✅Day to day planning and report management ability.
Employment Status:
Half-time (6 hours)
✅Duty time (Slot: 9am to 3pm & 3pm to 9pm)- Friday off day
Educational Requirements:
-Minimum HSC Passed from any background.
-Experienced one will be highly appreciated.
