কিছু মানুষ সময়ের সীমানা পেরিয়ে বেঁচে থাকেন তাঁদের কর্মে, আদর্শে আর মানুষের হৃদয়ে।
বেঙ্গল এয়ারলিফটের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা চেয়ারম্যান, মরহুম আবদুল মান্নান স্যার ছিলেন তেমনই একজন মানুষ। তাঁর নেতৃত্বে শুধু একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান নয়, গড়ে উঠেছিল একটি সংস্কৃতি। যেখানে সততা ছিল শক্তি, মানুষ ছিল সবচেয়ে বড় সম্পদ, আর স্বপ্ন ছিল সীমাহীন।
আগামীকাল তাঁর ষষ্ঠ মৃত্যুবার্ষিকীতে, তাঁর সঙ্গে পথচলার সৌভাগ্য হওয়া সহকর্মীরা স্মরণ করছেন তাঁদের প্রিয় "মান্নান স্যার"-কে। তাঁদের স্মৃতির গল্পগুলোতে উঠে এসেছে একজন নেতা, একজন অভিভাবক এবং একজন অসাধারণ মানুষের প্রতিচ্ছবি।
তাঁর অনুপস্থিতি আজও অনুভূত হয়, কিন্তু তাঁর শেখানো মূল্যবোধ, কর্মনিষ্ঠা এবং মানুষের প্রতি আন্তরিকতা আজও আমাদের প্রতিদিনের পথচলার অংশ।
আল্লাহ তা'আলা তাঁকে জান্নাতুল ফেরদৌস দান করুন। আমীন।

The Founding Chairman of Bengal Airlift, Late Abdul Mannan sir, was one such individual. Under his leadership, he built more than an organization. He fostered a culture where integrity was a strength, people were the greatest asset, and ambition knew no limits.
Tomorrow 4th August, on his death anniversary, colleagues who had the privilege of working alongside him reflect on the memories, lessons, and values he left behind. Through their heartfelt recollections emerges the portrait of a visionary leader, a compassionate mentor, and an extraordinary human being.
Though he is no longer with us, the principles he lived by, his unwavering dedication, and his genuine care for people continue to guide us in our journey every day.
We pray that Allah (SWT) grants him the highest place in Jannatul Ferdous. Ameen.
