We are looking for a talented 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 to create visually compelling graphics, social media content, and marketing materials for our diverse client base. You will be the creative backbone of our agency, translating brand strategies into stunning visual content that drives engagement and conversions.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲:
• Social Media Graphics & Content
• Digital Advertisements & Marketing Materials
• Brand Identity Elements & Design Systems
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Design Creation: Develop engaging, on-brand graphics for social media, advertisements, and marketing collateral
• Brand Development: Create and maintain brand identity elements, design guidelines, and visual systems
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with strategists and account managers to ensure designs align with campaign objectives
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet brand standards and client specifications
• Revisions & Iteration: Incorporate feedback and refine designs until client satisfaction
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & video editing tools like Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design work and creative thinking
• Excellent visual communication and design principles knowledge
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Certificate not required - Portfolio and demonstrated skills are paramount
