Position:
Reservation Executive
Job Summary-
The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling all travel reservations, including airline tickets, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel-related services. The role requires accurate booking and ticketing, excellent customer service, and effective coordination with airlines and travel suppliers to ensure a smooth travel experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities-
✔ Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
✔ Issue, reissue, refund, void, and cancel airline tickets.
✔ Book hotels, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
✔ Provide customers with accurate travel information, fare rules, and travel requirements.
✔ Prepare travel quotations and itineraries.
✔ Manage booking queues and schedule changes.
✔ Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and customers to resolve booking-related issues.
✔ Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
✔ Ensure compliance with airline, IATA, and company policies.
✔ Deliver excellent customer service and timely support.
Qualifications-
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or reservation department will be an added advantage.
