Our delivery process--

1. To enhance customer security, our COD (Cash on Delivery) feature will be discontinued till further notice and we are offering payment collection through our POS (Point of Sales) machines [conditions apply]. Hence only deliveries with settled amount or payment through cards will be served for now.

2. We will attempt to deliver the package on first available working day. If undelivered, we will leave a note to get in touch for re-delivery.

3. If anyone is unable to receive the package on 2nd attempt, we will not deliver it again. Customer will have to collect it from our office.

4. We will hold the parcel for 5 working days in our office space for the customer to pick up.

5. If no one shows up in 5 working days, we will return the product to the seller.

6. The customer will be notified about the delivery time through SMS on the receiving day and day of delivery in the morning.

7. If the customer is not available to receive, it is their responsibility to arrange someone to receive it on their behalf.

8. We will collect the delivery charges from the seller on the pickup day.

9. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

10. To obtain POS facility, please inform us one day earlier. pls note that 1.7% bank charge will be added with the bill.

Deal n Deliver Ltd is introducing warehouse facility for e-commerce entrepreneurs. In this facility we are providing stock management, packaging and home delivery in Dhaka and Chittagong. We will provide different types of storage facility depending on products size and condition.

Warehouse charge (including insurance) is 80 tk per cft per month.

We will inspect every product before storing it in our warehouse. After storing the products, Deal N Deliver will take full responsibility. Product damage, theft or fire accident will be refunded/ settled as per the actual product cost. For registration, inbox/call/visit us.

We are starting our delivery operation again. This time we have come up with some modifications in our process. Please have a look--

Our delivery process--

1.
