Freight enquiries should not go unanswered.

To support better communication between Alfa members, we have added a new reporting option in the Member Area for cases where you have followed up several times and still have not received a reply.

According to our network ethics, members are expected to reply to freight enquiries from fellow members within 48 hours. If that does not happen, you can now report it directly to the Alfa team, so we can follow up and check what is going on.

A simple new tool to help keep communication clear, follow-up easier, and cooperation between Alfa members moving forward.
